About Our School
Marysville High School has had more than one address over the years, and our class got to see some of that transition firsthand. The original high school building stood where the Union County Veterans Memorial Auditorium is now, right in the heart of downtown.

Eventually, the school moved to what we knew as Marysville Middle School on Maple Street (now Marysville Early College High School)—where many of us had our earliest middle school memories, braving locker combinations, traversing the modulars on a rainy day, and learning how to get from one end of the building to the other without getting lost. Then came the high school’s shift to Amrine Mill Road, where it’s grown and been renovated more than once to keep up with a growing community.
By the time we were navigating high school classes, it felt like we were part of an ongoing remodel, with new hallways and classrooms popping up every now and then. Despite the ever-changing walls, though, the spirit inside stayed the same—Monarch pride, a hint of fresh paint in the air, and plenty of stories about what the building used to be like.
